1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SafeRoute suite of applications—including the Parent App, Driver App, and Manager App (collectively, the "Service") operated by Esson Software Solutions Limited ("we", "us", or "our")—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SafeRoute provides a digital platform to facilitate safe and optimized transportation management. The Service includes features such as live tracking, route optimization, communication channels, and fleet management for schools, corporate entities, and private users in Nigeria.

3. User Registration and Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law, including the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. If you elect to use paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.

• All payments are processed securely through third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically permitted in any applicable separate agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Esson Software Solutions Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Nigeria.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Esson Software Solutions Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
